2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 25.01.2016 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in Kamtaul P.S. Case No.77/2015, by which cognizance of offence under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been taken against the petitioners and accordingly a direction was given for issuance of summons to the accused petitioners.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 26.05.2025 that the trial has already progressed and is at the stage of evidence in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No.77 of 2015.

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present
