Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for availing the benefit of subsistence allowance, the petitioner would be submitting his joining within two weeks. 3.

If the petitioner submits his joining within two weeks by physically appearing before the authority concerned, where he is supposed to join, and makes an application for grant of subsistence allowance, the same is required to be considered in accordance with law. The petitioner would also be under a legal obligation to cooperate, to ensure expeditious disposal of the proceedings pursuant to charge memo dated 12.10.2019.
