08.09.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of F.I.R. bearing Jehanabad P. S. Case No. 353 of 2015 dated 18.08.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 342, 384, 385, 166 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

This is a case of the year 2015 and the investigation in this case must have been completed by now.

If at all the investigation has not been concluded, the same must be concluded within a period of three months.

With the aforesaid direction / observation, this petition stands disposed off.
