Since 01.07.2024 on nine occasions learned counsel for the appellant has taken time.
2. On 02.05.2025, this Court passed an order granting last indulgence with a clear stipulation that this is by way of last indulgence, the matter is being passed over for the day.
3. Even yesterday a pass over was given but again a proxy counsel has appeared only to seek adjournment when the matter has been called.
4. In the given circumstance, this Court is of the considered opinion that the appellant is not pursuing his remedy

5. It has resulted in wastage of Courts' time.
