The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the F.I.R., the petitioners and others took the deceased along with them from his house and thereafter the deceased did not return and only his dead boy was found. The case diary reveals that only material against the petitioner is the circumstance of last seen without any motive alleged against the petitioners.
Let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33769 of 2016 (3) dt.26-11-2016 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur/Successor Court in connection with Mufassil Police Station Case No. 60 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
