The petitioner seeks bail in Bind Police Station Case No. 47 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under sections 302,201,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant in her FIR has alleged that on the telephonic call of the petitioner, her husband had gone to Rasalpur Durga Mandir to meet him but he did not return thereafter and next day in the morning his dead body was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused in the case only on suspicion and the only allegation against him is that he had called the victim on phone. Petitioner is in custody since 29.1.2020.
