This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 496 of 2020 (Special N.D.P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020) for the offence punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
The petitioner is named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused from whom 1.07 Kgs. of Ganja was recovered. The petitioner has criminal antecedents also. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this
