ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 11.03.2014 passed by the Ad hoc Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai by which it has rejected the petition under Section 319 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner to summon the accused persons in S.Tr. No. 308 of 2013 arising out of Mali P.S. Case No. 69 of 2011.

Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
