2. This writ petition has been filed for directing the concerned respondents to correct the date of birth i.e. 07.09.1984 in place of 07.02.1984 in the original certificate of Madhyama (Annexure - 3) of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard, petitioner has already filed representation before the concerned respondent, but till date, no order has been communicated to her.

4. In view of limited prayer, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh

Patna High Court CWJC No.6161 of 2023(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 representation before the concerned respondent within a period of six weeks from today.

5. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent shall examine the same and pass order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

6. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
