ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 21.07.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur by which it has directed the Petitioner to pay adinterim maintenance of Rs. 2,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No. 2 in Maintenance Case No. 13 of 2012.
