JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 201 and 193 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner got released the motorcycle registered in the name of his wife giving wrong address when the motorcycle in question was registered in the name of Sneha, daughter of Lalbabu Prasad Kuswaha, resident of 530A, Jai Mahavir Colony, Sundalpur Devi Asthan, P.O. Mahendru, Patna whereas the petitioner mentioned his address at the time of release as Udai Pratap Singh, son of Ashok Kumar Singh Dev, village - Aitbarpur Hat, P.S.- Rajapakar, District - Vaishali.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner gave his own address where he resides and not

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.126 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
