The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 191 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the serious nature of allegation and the active participation of the petitioner in the commission of crime, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
