====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 379, 420, 414, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner in this case and there is no chance of tempering with witnesses. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 09.02.2020.
