The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of informant, Raj Mohammad, is that petitioner along with two sons were seeding maize in the field of informant, when he made protest then petitioner gave spade blow at his head. In that course, his son, Sahadat Ansari caused injury at his left elbow.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50632 of 2015 (3) dt.10-12-2015 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within six weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
