The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 292 of 2014 (5) (Arising out of Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 234 of 2013) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that this a case of misuse of privilege of bail by the petitioner and has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence and who is in custody since 05.02.2019 about more than four months.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26640 of 2019(4) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S.T. No. 292 of 2014
