2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shivnarayanpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 318(4), 316(2) and 316(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of embezzling the loan amount i.e., Rs. 42 Lakhs after obtaining the signatures and thumb impressions of the victims on plain papers, allegedly in a fraudulent manner.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the present case.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of two weeks from today and seek regular bail, failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur will take all steps for the arrest of the petitioner.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present application
