The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 468, 471, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that initially a complaint was filed by one Rajendra Prasad Bhagat, which was referred to the police under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P.C. pursuant to which

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41665 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 the FIR has been instituted and the petitioners are cousin brother of the informant and the dispute is of civil nature for which a title suit is already pending, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today.
