2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 23.02.2023, passed in M.R. Case No. 202 of 2018/C.I.S. 202 of 2018, by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs. 15,000/- per month as maintenance to the opposite party no. 2 w.e.f., 23.02.2023.
