2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities for fixation of pay to the petitioner in the light of Notification No. 528 dated 09.05.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide notification dated 01.08.2023 (Annexure-9 to the rejoinder affidavit) the State Government has issued direction for pay protection by amending Rule-12 of Secondary and Higher Secondary School Service Rules, 2023 but the respondents have not given financial benefits to the petitioner, as yet, in view of the aforesaid notification.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.5654 of 2023(2) dt.11-11-2024 2/2 directed to file fresh representation before the District Programme (Establishment) Officer, Aurangabad, Education Department (Respondent No. 3) with all the supporting documents and notifications within a period of six weeks from today.

5. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 3 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of 10 weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

6. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
