modification petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17699 of 2016, whereby modification has been sought in para nos.-4 and 5 wherein the petitioner is stated to be the owner of the truck. He submits that the petitioner is not the owner of the truck bearing Registration no. JH-01AE-5356, but he is the driver of the said truck as is evident from page-2 of the impugned order and it was during the course of argument, that inadvertently it was stated that the petitioner is the owner of the truck, whereas one Bindhayachal Rai is the owner of the truck and the petitioner is the driver. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33377 of 2016 (2) dt.10-08-2016 2/2 words owner of the truck occurs, it should be read as driver of the truck. With this observation modification is allowed to that extent only.
