The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 18 of 2012 registered under Sections 420, 406/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been unnecessarily dragged in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have settled the dispute and compromised the case outside the Court and a photocopy to that effect has been filed in Court, which is kept with the record.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No.19549 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Complaint Case No. 18 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
