The present writ application has been filed for the purpose of proper investigation in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 408 of 2019 dated 28.10.2019 lodged under Sections 302/ 120(B)/ 34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3(i)(r)(s)/ 2(v) of the SC/ST Act Counsel for State submits that this case may be disposed off in the light of order passed in Surendra Singh Vs.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.713 of 2023(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.

In this view of the matter, the present criminal writ petition is disposed off with direction to the petitioner to file representation before the Superintendent of Police, Siwan in the light of the order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases decide on 09.09.2022 within four weeks' from today and the Superintendent of Police, Siwan shall consider the representation and take appropriate action.
