This application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.12.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.56240 of 2017 wherein the petitioner was allowed the privilege of pre-arrest bail by extending further period of six weeks of surrender in the court below.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.12.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.56240 of 2017 with direction to the learned court below to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34863 of 2018 (2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 dated 06.12.2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari, in Kesaria P.S. Case No.83 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. but due to his cardiac problems for which he was being treated, could not surrender within the aforesaid stipulated time and prays for further six weeks' time to surrender before the court below. For the reasons assigned in the present application the order dated 06.12.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.56240 of 2017 is modified by extending the period of surrender within eight weeks from today in the court below.
