The petitioner neither complied the order nor challenged the same before the appellate Court; rather waited for retirement of the Hon'ble Judge.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application for anticipatory bail to facilitate the petitioner to surrender within two weeks.
