3. Though the review petition has been filed by Dilkhush Kumar @ Mithun Kumar and others (proposed respondents) but instead of becoming petitioners they have become respondents in the present matter.

4. In my opinion, this review petition in such a form is not maintainable and the same is hereby permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to Dilkhush Kumar @ Mithun Kumar and others (proposed respondents) to file a fresh review petition in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
