Petitioner superannuated while serving as Basic Health Worker at Primary Health Centre, Madhuban, East Champaran with effect from 31.05.2009. He has filed this writ petition praying, inter alia, to direct the State respondents to release his retiral benefits.

3. From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 5 it appears that

Patna High Court CWJC No.2022 of 2011 dt.27-03-2015 2/2 Provident Fund amount has been paid to the petitioner with statutory interest up-to-date.

4. Let other retiral dues of the petitioner be also paid, if not already paid with statutory interest, within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before Respondent No. 3.

5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
