JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chauri P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties due to admitted land dispute. Both sides sustained injuries. There is delay in lodging the present first information report, however there is no explanation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
