The petitioner is in custody in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner or from his house. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.6.2018 but he has not been put on TIP as yet. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was not named in the F.I.R. and he is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23151 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 custody since 12.6.2018 but till date he has not been put on T.I.P., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let, the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S.
