JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-09-2016 After some argument, Sri Ram Sumiran Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Smt. Renu Kumari, learned A.P.P., makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that, petitioner may surrender before the court below. The prayer is allowed with observation that if within a period of six weeks from today the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for bail, the learned court below may pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on the same day.
