ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 13.02.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamui by which it has issued warrant to enforce the payment of maintenance by attachment and sale due to non-payment of attendance amount to the Opposite Party in Maintenance Case No. 96M of 2009.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
