Vide order dated 22.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40530 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to he had gone to Delhi for his livelihood.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 22.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40530 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24951 of 2022(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, West, Muzaffarpur and remaining parts of the said order shall remain in operation.
