The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Behja P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 971 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51352 of 2017 and the case of this petitioner stands of similar footing. The petitioner is languishing in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26035 of 2019(4) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 judicial custody since 05.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IIIrd, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 971 of 2017.
