After making submissions at some length, the counsel for the petitioner states that he shall approach the District Registrar raising the grievance as raised in this writ application, who may be directed to examine/consider his representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

The writ application stands disposed of giving the said liberty to the petitioner. In case a representation is filed, it is expected the District Registrar shall examine/consider the same and take appropriate decision or pass appropriate order in accordance with law as quickly as possible preferably within two months from the date of filing such representation along with a copy of this order.
