2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 377 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the accusation against him was highly improbable. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U
