The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Sonepur P.S. Case No.332 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 304 B/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner is the husband and allegation of death of the victim has been made against him. Allegation is made to have caused death by strangulation.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
