The petitioners, who are the married sisters-in-law of the deceased, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 05/2018 dated 09.01.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the perusal of the F.I.R. referred to above, it appears that a general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners also, even though they were married off to their respect husbands long time before the occurrence. The allegation squarely is attracted against the husband and other family members

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15644 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 of the husband who were residing in the same house as that of the deceased.

Considering the relationship of the petitioners with the deceased and the allegation which is of a general and omnibus in nature, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 05/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
