1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for quashing the order issued under memo no. 213, dated 01.03.2025, by the Block Development Officer, Dharhara, Munger, whereby the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher on compassionate ground was cancelled.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner, without approaching the District Teachers Appellate Authority, has approached this Court.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has directly

Patna High Court CWJC No.7010 of 2025(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/2 approached this Court without approaching the District Teachers Appellate Authority, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Patna, for redressal of his grievance.

5. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Teachers Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a reasonable time frame.
