The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Special Case No. 4 of 2013 arising out of R. C. Case No. 3 of 2013 registered under Sections 120 B read with Sections 420, 467, 468, 477 A, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Regard being had to the fact that co-accused Randhir Kumar (in Cr. Misc. No. 45521 of 2015), Satya Narayan Paswan, Anajani Paswan (both in Cr. Misc. No. 53646 of 2015), Manoj Kumar (in Cr. Misc. No. 43596 of 2015), Umashankar Kumar (in Cr. Misc. No. 43658 of 2015), Bhaskar Kumar (in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57747 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 46347 of 2015), Ajit Kumar Singh (in Cr. Misc. No. 46814 of 2015), Arvind Pratap Kumar (in Cr. Misc. No. 47409 of 2015), Rakesh Kumar (in Cr. Misc. No. 47423 of 2015) and Ram Lal Singh (in Cr. Misc. No. 48131 of 2015) against whom there is more or less identical allegation to that of the petitioner, have moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail and their applications for anticipatory bail have been rejected by different benches of this Court, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
