2. This MJC application has been filed for noncompliance of order dated 19.02.2018 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 193 of 2015.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has taken all legal efforts for redressal of his grievance, but till date, no action has been taken by the opposite parties with regard to his appointment on compassionate ground and as such they have committed gross negligence in compliance of order passed by this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party/s submits that the order dated 19.02.2018 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 193 of 2015 has already been complied.

5. Considering the arguments advanced on behalf of the parties and after perusing the materials available on record, it appears that the order dated 19.02.2018 has already been complied and hence, no case of contempt is made against the opposite parties.

6. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum as may be advised to him.
