Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of the Court to the fact that the informant and the petitioners are first cousins and there is apparently a dispute with regard to land which has given rise to filing of the present case. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender within five weeks from today, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31339 of 2016 (3) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) Police Station Case No 172 of 2016 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
