The petitioner is in custody in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 386/120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the present case was registered against Rajiv Yadav. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is remanded in the instant case on 18.1.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner next contended that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner to implicate the petitioner in the instant case.
Considering the aforesaid fact, that petitioner was not
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26663 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 named in the instant case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S.
