Mr.Surendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-10-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.Case No. 391 of 2020.

The informant has made allegation against his son-inlaw that he kidnapped his minor daughter with intent to marry her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the informant is the father-in-law of co-accused Sudhanshu Kumar @ Vikas Kumar. He has submitted further that the allegation of kidnapping is not against the present petitioner. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24974 of 2022(2) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 has been made accused merely because he is the elder brother of the main accused Sudhanshu Kumar @ Vikas Kumar. He has also submitted that other accused persons, on similar footing, have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc. No. 36678 of 2021.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.Case No. 391 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
