2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.
3. The allegation in the FIR against the petitioner in this case is that on the basis of some secret information, during search 14-15 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the bushes near the Peepal tree, Village- Chikuriya.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that petitioner was implicated on the confessional statement of Chowkidar which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that no

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the fact that no liquor has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that the petitioner has been merely implicated on the confessional statement of Chowkidar and also the fact that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Exclusive Special Judge-1st, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 .
