Learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 6 has produced cheque for an amount of Rs. 1,56,158/- in favour of the petitioner which is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court itself. It is submitted that the concerned respondents have thus paid the admitted dues to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to represent before the respondent no. 2 within one month from today along
Patna High Court CWJC No.15502 of 2012 dt.09-11-2015 2/2 with a copy of this order, if he finds that there is any further dues which may not have been paid to him. In the event such representation is filed, the authority concerned shall look into it and decide the same within one month from the date of submission of such representation. If it is found that any further amount is due and payable, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within the next three weeks.
