The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 420, 406 and 307/37 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per First Information Report, allegation has been made that accused persons including the petitioner have taken Rs.2 lacs with the understanding that when there is marriage of her daughter they will return the same. On that assurance the informant has given Rs.2 lacs. Neither they have returned the money nor they have executed the deed rather they have abused her. All the accused persons have assaulted

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is running a coaching center, son and daughter are admitted in the said coaching center. Petitioner told the informant to pay the due amount and then he will re-admit his son and daughter and due to this reason he has been falsely implicated in this case.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Chandan Yadav alias Chandan Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No.118 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
