The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 308 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 365 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier case diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the case diary, it appears that wife and minor daughter of the informant has been kidnapped by these petitioners and has not yet been returned. Moreover, the petitioners have demanded a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43077 of 2014 (5) dt.12-04-2016 sum of Rs. 1 lakh after the alleged occurrence through mobile. The case is of the year 2012, but till date the petitioners have been evading their arrest.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
