The petitioner is aggrieved by the order, dated 25.01.2012, passed by the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna, by which 80 per cent pension of the petitioner has been stopped, pursuant to a departmental proceeding initiated against the petitioner. The petitioner retired from the post of Constable/Hawaldar.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that vide memo no. 573, dated 17.01.2017, the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna, has reviewed his order, dated 25.01.2012, and directed for payment of full pension to the petitioner.
