The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 01 of 2015 registered under Section 420/34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is of getting the sale deed in respect to land of complainant Janardan Singh by the petitioner no.2 Ranvijay Singh taking into collusion his uncle, petitioner no.1 Ram Ashray Singh. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1, who is uncle of the complainant, has sold the 20 decimal land of his share to petitioner no.2, regarding which Title Suit No. 80 of 2015 has been filed by the complainant against the petitioners and others, which is pending for disposal in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43487 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 the Court of Sub-Judge-1st, Sasaram. Moreover, the dispute is of civil nature.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within six weeks, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 01 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
