The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/1119/2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 3 are father-in-law and mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is dewar and petitioner no. 4 is married Nanad of the complainant. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/1119 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
