This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Excise Police Station Case No. 187 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.
About 241.98 litres of illicit foreign liquor and beer has been recovered from vehicle. The petitioners are in custody since 06.03.2023 and they have clean antecedent. Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners and the fact that they have clean antecedent, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail
